Ive just checked out the Navman site and they have pulled the sp1 update and placed the follwoing message in the area:
Due to technical issues raised by customers, Navman has removed the SmartST Professional Service Pack 1. Navman will endeavor to post the updated Service Pack again on Friday 18th April.
Why does it take so long - maybe this time I want to get it right!

That's correct, check the message on the front news page. Although there is a workaround fix, Navman believe they have found the problem, but this time they want to test it even further before releasing it, as I'm sure you can imagine having a lot of angry users knocking on their door, isn't nice for them, and they want to make sure that the Service Pack that goes out to fix the current problems, doesn't mysteriously contain further problems. |

After installing SP1 a number of users weren't able to get a GPS lock. There is a fix available but looks like they want to correct SP1. |

There is I believe another fix maybe more, but I'm not aware what the problem was. The main problem is the unable to receive a GPS fix, and this will be addressed in SP1A. |
