Does anyone know if the two would work together with TT3 BT? |

What are you trying to achieve? The Navman 4100 is a BT receiver, as is the TT BT. They cannot "work together" .
The PDA on the other hand can work with any BT GPS, and can run any program (including TTN3) _________________ Lutz

Sorry, did not word that correctly. I'm considering purchasing an hx2410, TT3 and Navman 4100.
Was looking at the compatability chart found Here, (Then click the "CLICK" here to see if you PDA is compatible with this product) but is this chart more to do with the Navman Software?

That chart is crap and full of errors. If any given PDA supports BlueTooth then it will work with any given Bluetooth GPS receiver. _________________ Lutz

A bit harsh, Lutz. That is the chart Navman have tested their equipment with. Would you rather they just publish what they hope their stuff works with? And since there have been reported problems with, for instance, the iPAQ 22xx series dropping the BT connection, the RX3xxx and 47xx series with ROM updates not working properly with some BT receivers then, quite frankly, I'd rather trust Navman's judgement. _________________ Tim |

I know it's a bit harsh, but I was just furious to see a red X next to my 6315 which I know works perfectly.
So far I personally haven't had a situation where a BT receiver would have refused to work with a PDA, or work intermittently.
I know only one sure case - the Deluo BlackBox will not work with Smartphones because it doesn't support bonding. _________________ Lutz

Hi Tim,
Interestingly Navman are saying that the RX3715 is compatible with GPS 4410/4420 is it more down to the Nav SamrtST Software being compatible?
The RX3715 is the other PDA on my possible list.

The discussion on the RX37xx is here, from about the third post down. _________________ Tim |
