I start the installation procedure, and progress through the screens which check that NavMan exists on my Ipaq etc.
Then on the "Please wait while the SmartST Professional Installation is checked" screen, the progress bar seems to stick at 25% (roughly).
I've left it for over half an hour, i'm at work using a serial cable (cause thats all i've got) - not goin home for days. Unfortunatly on a Windows ME Machine.
Any ideas any one???
Thanks |

Is there a phone number for them?
I've sent them an e-mail, but have had no response as of yet.
Thanks

Not sure posting their number on a forum is a good idea. I can mail it to you. _________________ Who's Your Daddy? |

I'd appreciate that for the future!
But I'm VERY impressed with their e-mail support, I e-mailed them the same as I posted on the forum and within 25 minutes they've sent me the full .exe!
Thats prompt support - thankyou NAVMAN!

Phone numbers are okay, but I would suggest you don't post DDI's here, I'm not sure people like John and Bruce would like everyone having their DDI numbers. |

Make sure to make a complete backup before installing the Service Pack 1. Several people, myself included, are unable to get a satellite fix afterwards! |

Exactly same is happening to me. I think this SP has been rushed! |

A complete reinstall of SmartPath Pro and SP1 after a hard reset finally did the trick for me. Just removing all other programs wasn´t sufficient. |

Just for information all.
Navman's reply included the .exe of the SP1 update, installed ok and has been running perfectly since.
Just e-mail them, and they'll send you it - if not i can maybe forward the e-mail on to people as necessary.
I've created another posting - with experiences of this new SP1 - and they're all positive for me! :o)
