Hi all,
A great site which I'm finding extremely useful. :D
I'm considering buying a TTG. Is it possible to only have the audio working with POI's - Could I use it to warn me of a POI without a desitnation being set?
I'm sure the answer is yes but would like it confirmed.
Many thanks,
Andy |

In a nutshell - yes. 'Warn when near' works on all POI's. |

In fact not setting the "Warn on route" option is often much better when driving a route. This is because some of the POIs are slightly out of position and may be taken to be on the other side of a dual carriageway and thus not on route.
If you really want to get irritated drive down the A127 in Essex from Eastwood into Southend and play spot the speedcam! _________________ Mike Barrett |
