Installing ukpostcode

I have problem installing UKpostcode into my Ipaq3970. After downloading ukpostcode and unzipping it. I tried to install it. However the installation seems to be incomplete - while retrieving data from the Ipaq, the process halt. I need some help to solve this problem. thank you.

do a soft reset of the ipaq, should be ok, make sure you have followed all the instructions on the digitools website to the letter

I read on their website that if you have checkpoint installed (or other TomTom addon) then the necessary interface files will already be installed on your PDA. In this case - you just need to copy the exe and dat file to a directory on your PDA and you can then run it... This is what I did on mine and it worked fine....
To make life easier you can create a shortcut to the exe file in the directory where you copied it and add it to the start menu...
