Yep same here.

I ordered a HP hx4700 and specifically asked before ordering
"Ive heard you are selling grey malaysian imports?" to which SuperEtrader told me.
"No we stock the ABU UK models"

So with my mind at ease I put my order in. A few days later (Yes very quick posting thats one good thing I suppose) the ipaq arrived and it was a Malaysian Ipaq!!!!
As you can imagine I hit the roof!
After phoning them they told me its ok Malaysian models are the same spec as UK models, which I wasnt having as they obviously arent and after a few minutes they gave me a returns code and I was able to send the ipaq back. (With them promising to refund the postage.)
After a week I had to phone them several times to find out the situation of the replacement, they finally sent another ipaq and this time it was an ABU.
Why they didnt send that one in the first place I do not know.
Oh yes and they didnt refund the postage.

So all in all I had a blatant lie and a broken promise from them.
I will not be using them in future and if anyone asks me about where to buy PDAs from I will be telling them to avoid SuperEtrader like the plague.
