If I could post a screen print I could show you that your message shows as "Posted: Tue Nov 30, 2004 10:31 pm" BUT that in the "Topic Review" which appears under the "Post a reply" windows it magically changes to the (correct) Tue Nov 30, 2004 12:31 pm.
Between these two windows it still says, at the right-hand-side: "All times are GMT+ 10 hours" -- it is clearly lying since occasionally they are correct!
I wouldn't normally bother annoying you with this, but the dates/times of everyone's posts are ten hours ahead...
(And yes, I have an XP box with the correct date and time synchronised to one of the internet time servers...!)

Previous information related to the Firefox browser.
I've just done it again using IE6, and the times are all correct!
Baffled.....

You need to edit your profile and set your local time to GMT or which ever timezone you are in. |

Dave
You are entirely correct - I have changed the profile time offset to GMT (no idea how the "GMT+10" got there!) and all is now well.
Still doesn't explain why IE6 didn't seem to act on the Profile information, but Firefox did...
Another mystery in the world of Computing...
