I have got this question, and I do not have bluetooth GPS myself, so I have to ask you...
Here we go... (hope you understand my question)
..............
Sometime you need to just look around in the maps in TT, or do other things with settings etc.
When Bluetooth GPS is enabled for TomTom you will be interuptet with the TT's search for the bluetooth antenna all the time, if the Bluetooth GPS antenna is out of range (in the car, turned off etc).
Is there a easy way to turn of the bluetooth from TT so you dont need to be interupted all the time? _________________ Gunnar Nystul, Forum Admin, TomTom Forum Norway and Nystul Navigasjon |

You can assign the GPS Status to a hardware button, and then you could quickly uncheck the box. _________________ Lutz

Yes - I think this will do.
And it seem to me that this small prog will fix the dropout of BT after 15min. Some people on my forum tell about that.
Thanks a bunch... _________________ Gunnar Nystul, Forum Admin, TomTom Forum Norway and Nystul Navigasjon |

I don't think you need to wory. I use a BT GPS and have no problems lookin at maps or settings when out of range from the gps. There are no error messages or freezing etc. _________________ TT 930T and Traffic subscription
