Is anyone else still waiting for their TT go case
I contacted TomTom who took my details and the reply e-mail said it would be with in 20 business day's... well twenty business days have been and gone and still no sign of the case... so I have just sent them another email. _________________ Regards Steve :-) |

They told me 10 days. That ran out yesterday.
Beginning to look like a company that's over-extended and may not survive! |

Similar story here - only it was 'allow 15 days' in my case. This ran out yesterday with no sign of it.
Seems to be something in the dates they expected to deliver all these.

They are so full of....$@*#
They have told me exactly the same thing as they did over a month ago...
ie
First of all we would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused due to the delay of your carry case. However, we have requested our logistics department to send you another carry case for your GO.
We hope to have answered your question to your satisfaction.
With best regards,
As usual they only ever answer 'part' of the question so I have wrote back again and also included the question which was not answered and also included that it was NOT answered to my satisfaction! _________________ Regards Steve :-) |

15 'Business Days' have passed and no case as promised. I asked to speak to their 'logistics' dept but they refused to give me the info.
Technically I suppose could return my unit as it as not as described on the web-site (with carry case) and re-purchase. That way I would get a case and map version .390.
I would feel bad for Exansys as its not really their fault but I have effectively been mislead. If my new car had been missing its roof for 3 months I think I would be within my rights to return the car. |

Latest mail from them says....
"The Go bags are sent out once a week (always in the end of the week). Therefore, we cannot give you a specific date when this will reach you. However, hopefully you will receive your shortly"
Lets see how long this takes... _________________ Regards Steve :-) |

I waited till late october before sending an email to TT support and requesting the case, got it about two weeks later - maybe three, I simply forgot about case before receiving yesterday..
It's really nice btw... 8) |

I'm a little confused by this case.
I received what I considered to be a case with my Go - it's a soft case with zip.
Then I read elsewhere that it should be a hard-case... which is it?
Soft? ...or hard? |

They clearly say the first thing that comes into their head. The note I received on 8 November said:
"Thanks for your e-mail. We can see the problem from your side as well, but we do not ship the GO bags every week. But you will receive your bag next week the latest."
The amusing thing is that the same day before I could reply a case arrived in the post. Three days later a second case arrived by courier.
So full marks to TT for finally getting there and zero marks for organisation.

Maybe we should gather all these conflicting message's and find the head honcho at TomTom and send them to him, and maybe ask him/her to explain how such a simple question can have such a variety of replies. _________________ Regards Steve :-) |
