Recently the speech messages are getting truncated when played to the car head unit. The first second or so is missing. For the editable messages I've added "Warning" to the start of the text which has worked around the issue for those messages, but obviously not all of the text can be user edited (unless I've not found it).
I was on V120 with the issue, and upgraded to V121 without change.
I'm guessing that there's been a change to Android recently which has caused this. |

I had that with STA when I had it set to be a pseudo phone call
When I changed the setting to multimedia, that solved it _________________ DashCam:

Thanks. I've ticked "Use hands free mode" and that seems to have worked - at least for the test message, it now plays the preceeding beeps. I'll know for sure when I drive home from work later. |

For me it was setting multimedia under the Bluetooth category
I did tweak a few other settings but see how it performs _________________ DashCam:

Ah, yes, found it now! I'll try that too if necessary. Thanks. |
