Weak GPS Signal

Hello, I hope someone on here can help.

I have a NEXTBASE PIQO Dashcam and drive a Jaguar XFS which has a heated front windscreen.

Unless I am driving somewhere that is very open as far as surrounding buildings etc the GPS signal is weak which means the dashcam footage doesn't stamp speed and location onto the footage (note - it does sometimes but not usually and takes an age to fix onto a signal)

Can anyone recommend a solution? I am thinking a simple GPS booster but not sure which are any good.
