Should i delete past speed camera data files when installing a new current file or are these files accumulative and needed. Does the newest data file become the active informer to the map system.
Thankyou |

Always just run the latest file as they are always complete. _________________ DashCam:

So is it ok to delete old files, or does the software "know" that the latest data file is the one to work from.
Thank you for your reply. |

If you run an old file, even alongside the latest file, you will likely get warned about cameras that have since been removed.
What device ? _________________ DashCam:

I have a Kenwood DNX 5160BTS running Garmin sat nav.
Will old speed camera's data auto run, I ask because it isn't clear as to what to do when updating speed camera data.
As you say each download is a complete data set so they don't need to have past data sets indeed they may give outdated camera alerts.
Thank you for your help |
