I can see from my credit card statement that TomTom have refunded an amount equal to my last map subscription for my One.
I haven't had an email or letter, but when I called, I was told that my current map subscription has been cancelled by TomTom. The agent couldn't give a reason, but apparently, they wll contact me. |

Very interesting! Could that possibly be to do with your ONE now not functioning correctly due to this WNRO "problem" of poor satellite fix and/or continual clock reset that many of these older TT's are having which have the older GL1 chipset rather that the GL2?
I would be very surprised (and impressed) if TT had actually taken the initiative to start to instigate these refunds of all current map subs for the now "faulty" units but that may be the case?
Why not raise this in their forum here https://discussions.tomtom.com/en/ and, of course, let us know the outcome/answer etc |

Already done. I now have a Garmin DriveSmart 55 MT-D. It was on offer at Amazon and there was a Garmin offer to get a map for free. I needed USA for an upcoming holiday so that was free. It's early days, but I like it. |

My situation is that my One V1 is working perfectly. WNRO did not affect me. I also HAD a subscription that ran into 2020. I suspect they will tell me it was an error that I could buy the subscription in the first place.
I suspect that v1025 maps were the last for NAV2 devices - subscription or not. |
