One XL Map update

Hello

I know this is an old model now not updateable by TOMTOM, but how can I get the most up to date UK & IE map for it, as its currently on v715 which I believe is from Feb 2008 (I though I had gotten rid of it but found it in the loft over weekend)

TOMTOM will not provide any maps for it, even tho they do prob still have them archived somewhere, also I do not know what the last version ever used on this model was.

You're right, that is BLOODY old and way older that Feb 2008 which was v805
The latest map is v1005 although v1010 are (over)due out any day now.

You can still find them (illegally) on the internet but nothing legal as TT stopped all support/selling maps etc for these old devices last year (unless you had already bought a map subscription before they pulled the plug)

As I say, you could try to google "TomTom v1005 Maps" or similar but obviously we don't endorse that on this forum

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
Have you considered making a donation towards website running costs?.
Or you could disable your ad-blocker for this site. We think you’ll find our adverts are not overbearing!
