Did you pay by credit card? If so, ring them and tell them you want your money back as you can't contact Tom Tom, they are jointly responsible under the consumer credit act, so long as the item was over £100. Credit card companies work 7 days Very Happy

TT Customer support have been very helpful. The offending item was parcelled up and taken to my local shop which was a collection point for UPS. It is now on its way to Venray in the Netherlands. hopefully a return of my money will follow.
