Given the ridiculous responses I and others had regarding the Nozatec two months ago when the problem escalated, either they don't appreciate the extent of the problem or they simply don't care so long as they shift enough units.

I find myself similarly afflicted - being wrongly routed into height & width restrictions unsuitable for my vehicles.
There is no UnitedKingdom FTR file on my device.
Bizarrely, I've been able to locate FTR files for numerous countries, but not the United Kingdom
I'd be hugely appreciative if somebody - anybody - could very kindly provide me with a copy of theirs?
Thanks in anticipation! |

From what I've seen elsewhere I'm dubious whether an older .ftr file actually works anyway. I'm afraid the absence of the .ftr file appears to be because the devices sold to many of us rely on pirated software and maps. It looks like their sellers have currently managed to obtain copies of the basic maps but not the truck maps.
They either don't appreciate the fact that the units won't work properly without the .ftr files or they simply don't care so long as they manage to sell units.
I even discovered a UK re-seller a few weeks ago who didn't realise he was being sold dysfunctional units by his supplier.
I've dumped my Nozatec and instead have a Garmin Camper 760 LMT-D. I've also obtained a TomTom Pro Truck 5150 (after finding the Trucker 5000 was no good) and a Mio Combo 5207 LM Truck which I'm going to evaluate against the Garmin over the coming months. |

Thank you, M8TJT... but it says I have no messages in here - I checked my private email address, too, including the junk/spam folder: nothing there either.

I'll try again. I probably forgot to put a subject in it. Yep, that was the problem. Coming now. |

The latest ones I have are 2016 Q3 but there must be 2016 Q4 ones around somewhere by now. |
