Do you have to plug in a extra lead into the power lead and put it on the windscreen to get a signal for the traffic data? Thanks Graham |

Beware, I bought a 'traffic compatible' one from eBay. It wasn't and I got a refund from the seller. I bought one from Garmin in the end that did work. |

I don't think he's bought the satnav yet. I suspect he had an older one that had the small wire antenna that you needed to connect and fix to the windscreen with a couple of suckers.
He's just checking that is no longer how it's done before he buys the 2699LMT-D _________________ Where there's a will ... there's a way. |
