I don't know what is happening with TT. I have two current Home2 devices, and whilst I can log into Home, I cannot log into my account in Support, or get into their forum. _________________ Mike R [aka Wyvern46]

If I had to guess they did some work on backend servers and/or network routing and it broke something and no-one available knows how to put it back to working.
I do wonder if it is related to something Vodaphone or Vodaphone's network related _________________ J. |

I presume everyone is getting a status of connecting.
On my 940 this is accessed via status & information, version information, network.
I do get the traffic bar appearing for 1-2 seconds occasionally but then disappears. _________________ Malcolm

i have the same issue on an XL Live.
after speaking with their CS (now there's a joke) i was told to do a complete hard re set, then later in the day recieved this email from them:
Dear Mr xxx
I cannot offer you an immediate suitable solution for this challenge. I found out after the phone call that this is an ongoing issue in our system that we've only just logged a ticket for. I have sent your question to our 2nd line technical department.
I hope to have an answer for you as soon as possible, please bear with us while we find a solution for your query.
With Kind Regards
Mike F

incidentally my friend who has a GO510 that connects to traffic thru his smartphone has had no issues with traffic this weekend. |

tends to imply once more that the issues are with the Vodafone 2G access |

have just renewed Live Services ( discounted) today after a short break. Traffic working when used through Home but nothing when used stand alone. Needed for an important journey on Thursday, Thank goodness that Go on Android traffic appears to work!!! |

My subscription runs out in 9 days. I might start to use Google maps for traffic which is the only reason I use my TT nowadays for 90%+ of my journeys. _________________ Kev
