Camera Location Verifications

How are camera locations verified?
Travelling down M74/M6 recently, I got an alert when approaching almost any flyover on the motorway, whether it was a road or seemingly just a pedestrian walkway. The problem with this is that you soon don't react to the audible alert (and indeed are tempted to turn it off).
The only time I've seen a mobile camera van was at Abington.
Would have to concentrate more if I switch off the alarm

No, honestly, if you do a search for your question in the search box, you will find that this had been asked a hundred times over the years.
