Just replaced by old 740 with an XL2.
When reading the instructions I am told to go to the "preferences" menu for some setings - such as hidden buttons and features.
A very basic question - where is the Preference menu.
I have a very basic first menu with Plan route and Browse map.
The only other thing I have is the Options button. on this I have
First page has Volume, Brightness Driving View, Home and Favoutites, Voice ad Images on the first page.
Second page has Switch map Map Corrections Manage POIs Enable Safety alerts (greyed out) and Planing Preferences
Third page has Language, Units, Clock Keyboard preferences and Reset
it then goes back to Page 1!
Where can I find the Preferences menu or the "show more/fewer buttons" button????
HELP !!!!

Not heard of any
I have the same Navcore now and have checked mine over and cannot find any show fewer or more options button
Having said that yours should be showing more than it does
But, I suggest the following
First do a full PC copy
Then do a Full Drum Roll reset, most likely hold power button down for twenty odd seconds
Then connect to home and see what updates there are for yours |
