|
|
Hi all
Downloaded the database on behalf of a neighbour whom I recommended the subscription to. He has the latest VX Insignia with a Touch R700 nav. The manual states Touch R700/NAVI 600/900 so I'm assuming the TR700 is a touch version of a NAVI 900?
Anyhow, downloaded & installed as per instructions but the POIs don't appear on the nav or in any map or menu. The system recognises new POIs on insertion of USB & asks to download but once you accept, nothing else happens.
Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you |

Don't have your system, but a bit more info might help a bit.
Were you following the instructions here? If so, at what stage did it fail? (reference it to the para numbers in the instructions)
Unless we know what you were doing, we cannot determine why it didn't work. |

Thanks for the reply
Yes, followed them to the letter. Everything goes according to plan but the POIs don't actually appear to be loaded- even though upon USB inserting the NAV recognises new POIs & asks to download and of course, yes is the button I press. |

Then I give in. Sorry I can't help any further as I don't have your system. |
