Hi,
Just been along the M25 Kent, through the hard shoulder running roadworks & my garmin 3598 with pgpsw speedcams, loaded with csv converter & poi loader does not show the average speed cams.
I'm sure my old tomtom go with pgpsw speed cams, it announced 'average speed camera' with a bright yellow warning icon..
Have downloaded and unzipped the speed cams manually (normally I let csv converter do it) and there is no 'average speed' type file.
interestingly, my voice set up for overspeed for use with csv converter does say 'slow down' past the average speed cams.
Any thoughts? |

The file will be called 'specs'. Have you got '3rd party POIs' turned on in proximity alert settings?

Thanks for your swift reply.
Just checked the folder I use with csv converter & there are specs gpx & wav files for all the speeds. Alerts for custom POIs option is ticked.
It maybe that the csv converter voice & pgpsw voice speak at the same time & csv converter is winning for the specs.
Thanks for your help. |

So you're not using the PGPSW downloads then? Sorry - thought you meant you had used the proper downloads as the GPX conversion wasn't working.
Might be worth trying the actual PGPW files without the conversion. If that works then you know the problem is with the conversion.
