Hello. I have a TT Go 750 Live. And old model, but it serves me well.
I subscribe to TT Live Services and have a current subscription. To my surprise, I received an email from TomTom this week informing me that I can 'upgrade' to QuickGPSfix for free, if I click the link in the email.
I didn't bother as this service is already part of my Live subs.
I am now a little confused. When I connected my device to TomTom Home to get the latest MapShare updates and QuickGPSfix updates as I do on a weekly basis, the option of QuickGPSfix is not listed!
This is the first time I have connected my device since receiving the email and think it is rather a coincidence that its not on the update list.
Going back to the email from TomTom, I thought I would click the link anyway, but that only takes me to a support page informing me that TomTom are receiving a lot of support issues and are very busy and sorry for the inconvenience! I have no idea where to go from here.
Has anyone else had a similar issue and also received an email from TomTom?
Of course there is always the possibility that there is no QuickGPSfix update at the moment, but that would be the first time that there hasn't (on a weekly basis) for me.

TomTom has had issues with their servers the past two days or so and the gps-fix file isn't getting offered.

I've had seven of those emails.  (And NO, clicking the link gets nowhere for me either).

I had the e mail too, and clicking link didn't open promised page; then tried in another browser & did work.
TT Home opened after running small file d/loaded & quick fix was listed as one of updates.  |
