The re-rediateing antenna looks good, but I would prefer a hardwired solution. Do you know of any?

Why get a wirefree unit then hardwire it, you might have well have bought the hardwired GPS unit? |

THere was a discussion on this a while back and someone named an antenna that would fit, but it was not from TomTom. You may be able to find it in a search of this forum. |

if you have the tomtom bluetooth cradle, you can hardwire the cradle in the parcel shelf like what i did.

Post back if you happen to be in the US. I have the distributor info (not handy at the moment) on who carries an external antenna that fits the bluetooth unit. It was a pain to find.
As to why use it? I have my bt unit hard wired in the trunk and the antenna significantly helps in the signal reception. |
