Garmin 1490T - Which SD card?

Hi,
I have a garmin 1490T , but can't lay my hand on the manual... I want to put a card in it so I can store more POIs.. but need to know which type of SD card it takes (or any recommended?)

Also do I just use the POI Loader to load the new POIs on will it automattically put them on the card?

will it take a micro SDHC card or only SD?
