| If anyone can tell me whether they are having trouble with there live service in the Portsmouth area as for the last to days I've not been able to get anything, message comes up with error with tomtom server? |

Cant help with Portsmouth area but no problems in West London today

| thanks for the info, I did a factory reset and its working again but I have lost my 12 month renewly that I did the other week, can anyone tell me the best way to get this reinstated back on my device. |
