I knew it was all going too well! It appears that Apple have forgotten to activate the in-app subscription purchase option in the latest release. If you attempt to buy a subscription in-app the payment options do not appear.
As this is an Apple issue, it's out of our hands for now. We're waiting for the US to wake up so we can raise this with them but in the meantime, anyone wishing to take out a new subscription, or renew a previous CamerAlert subscription taken out on iOS, can do so via our subscription page on the site here.
You can use your subscriber details in the CamerAlert app to gain full access to your subscription as normal.
Apologies for this hiccup, we'll update you all once Apple have thrown the switch.

Hi,
This has now been an issue for almost 2 months.
I would love to join, but I do not have and do not want a PayPal account, and I don't do cheques.
I do, however, have a fair bit of credit on my iTunes account and don't have anything else I wish to purchase for the time being. |

Not a lot we can do in that case. We're working with Apple to resolve this, but Apple keep changing the goal posts.
It's as frustrating for us as it is for you.
You don't have to have a PayPal account and can use NoChex if you would prefer (another no-account option). Otherwise you'll have to wait until Apple approve our app. _________________ Darren Griffin |
