That app has been available for weeks for all models earlier than Nav 10.x+, hasn't it? _________________ David |

Nope, 9.40x was the latest version, downloading 9.43 now for the 940 to see what is has fixed or broken.
It restarted OK but still has the big delay on live services and does not yet appear any different _________________ Drivelux |

Could this be the version with the new routing algorithm? _________________ Mike R [aka Wyvern46]

I have installed this new update on my 740. It appears to work fine. Still a minute or so delay for HD Traffic, but it does pick up traffic and navigate. |

Not to me it hasn't and I connect to Home at least once a week. What is 'critical' about it? |

According to the TomTom site the uodate implements the new legal French "Danger Zone" warnings. As I am driving across France tomorrow, I will report back after the weekend. |

On the way home yesterday, I got really excited. I set off, and sat (as passenger) with a journey set from Kendal to Worcestershire, and could see all the traffic from Kendal to past Birmingham. Really. And there was a "35 min delay 1:26hrs from here". (M6, J18).
I took pictures of it with my phone to show it was working.
For a whole five minutes, it was covering my entire journey.
And then it truncated back to just south of Manchester as usual, and has never shown the full set again.
To have released the distance fix without ceremony would have been so cool. But it was not to be.
But it showed, that for 5 real minutes, that the system could go further! |

Has this update disabled the support fro the Micro SD /SD card
My 950 went into a perpetual loop and rebooting
Did usual add favourite, replaced mapsettings.cfg, clearflash etc
Only when I moved map back to device did device work _________________ Mick
