Hi All,
I am on the new Navcore 9.401 on a TT940, does anyone know if you can get a guide for it only there are some things I don't understand.
I am confused by the inconsistent speed messages in the bottom left hand corner sometimes it displays an image of speed sign, sometimes it displays my speed with the recommended speed next to it with no image of a road sign. I understand the red overspeed part where it warns you are speeding but I cannot understand the inconsistency with the road sign image.

On mine, when there is known speed limit data associated with the current road, it shows the red circle with the limit inside normally but changes to a smaller 2-line view when approaching junctions and the centre section increases to show the lane layout.
If there's no limit set in the map, it's not shown either way and, as you said, when going over the limit the background turns red.
Something else happens, I believe, when you get a warning from the TomTom camera database but as I don't use that...... _________________ Gerry

Hi Gerry,
thanks for your reply, yes I am using the PGPSW Database as well. Thanks for the clarification.
That's one of the problems with new Navcores you have no guide to read or refer to. I guess if you bought a new unit this problem would not exist.
