Ah, that's a Mac issue known as Dot_Underscore. You're seeing files that are, on a Mac, hidden, but on PC's and other filesystems are not.
They aren't the POI files and you should scroll down and look for the ones further down that are.
You've three options, use a PC to copy the files, use Terminal to delete the dot_underscore files from your TomTom after copying the database or use a utility called Blue Harvest which automatically removes these pesky files when you copy to a non-Mac device, see here. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Hi ,
I think i have sorted my problem now .... I have added the sound icon to all the POIs and I ran a Demo run on my device and the two cameras now show on the map only when I have a route planed though is this normal for my device ? Has for the files with the Red boxes before them can I delete these or do I need them on my device ? |

As per my previous reply, they are Mac specific files, they serve no purpose on your TomTom and they are not POIs.
To delete them you will need to either use terminal, the BlueHarvest utility or plug into a PC which will allow you to see and delete them. _________________ Darren Griffin |

To be honest it's been that long since I used an XXL I don't recall if there is a delete option on the device? If there is then yes, that would be by far the simplest solution! _________________ Darren Griffin |
