Maybe cos there isn't a route, what sort of custom POIs are they? Mine certainly provide a Go button, but to do so they must be a location that your nuvi could route to. Try entering the address manually and see what happens?
BTW did you mean nuvi 410 or 1410? |

sorry about the model no it is a 1410 ( my bad typing)
the poi`s are caravan club sites and all the details are correct and i can navigate manually but it is when i try to get a route directly from the custom poi the go button does not appear |

Are there Proximity Alerts associated with these POIs? (Either set explicitly, or implied via the file name?)
The reason I ask, is because on one older model Nüvi (can't remember which one), such POIs were lacking a "GO" button. Presumably, the logic was that they were there purely to generate alerts, and you would never want to naviagte there.
[I believe it is possible for some entries in a .GPI file to purposely have no "Go" button, but POILoader gives no access to such functionality - and I assume your Custom POIs were created using POILoader]

i think you are right
my poi`s are being recognized the same as the speed cams so just give alerts.
seems i will just have to put up with it. |

not sure where you got your POIs from but the Caravan Club site implies you can 'navigate' to their custom POIs. You might try downloading again and when you use POI loader ensure you don't set proximity alerts, although on my 1490 I have alerts and can navigate to POIs that I've set to alert. |
