Boys, boys - let's all make up shall we!!!! That's what I dislike about the Apple store. I also don't like downloading something I have already paid for. They make you put in your password again before telling you you have already bought it and would you like to download it again. Always the heart is in the mouth incase they charge you again!
Again, thanks guys. _________________ Returned to a proper Garmin although still have Co-Pilot on a Galaxy S3! |

I've now had the issue of asking for an istore password happen twice in three days. I am reinstalling for a 2nd time.
I never had this happen with the previous version of the app.
I've looked on the Navigon site and there doesnt seem to be a way of reporting product issues (as opposed to map faults) other than by phoning them
Cant say I'm very impressed

dandpclements - Use their Facebook page, which is accessible from the website. You will see lots of queries being raised (and some even answered!). For the particular problem you mention, you may see Navigon's post to someone that they have a solution to the istore logon problem, and are submitting it through the istore for release now/very soon.
You can email them via the website if you want (but I definitely recommend going via Facebook), by going into the Q&A section and checking (any) Q/A - that gives you an option to email them (at the bottom of the page). _________________ David
