|
|
Hi all,
I finally went for it and got me a ppc with tomtom/gps etc, Im getting the hang of it quite well, but what I would like to do, on the tomtom navigator screen, where it displays the NEXT street at the top and bottom of the screen, I'd like to change one of them to display the CURRENT street, the only time it seems to do this is when it loses the satelite signal. I looked in all the options but cant seem to find the option to do this, is it possible?
Thanks |

The easiest workaround is to touch the screen while navigating - the current road is then shown at the bottom of the screen. _________________ Barry Davies

I wish TT had a 'where am I' button. You hit it and it says... 'Muswell Hill, London' or where ever. There are many times I'm getting directed about and I'm wondering where the hell I am. _________________ TomTom 6 - SPV M5000 and WM6

To do this, select the "Hide map" icon in the menu. You will find this easier if you assign a hardware button to this function.
Also, in properties, you can set a speed at which this screen appears. This setting is "Safety speed". |
