Using GPS_fan's instructions I noticed that if you "Turn Off Platform Apps" after selecting "Apps & Websites" it Nukes everything else too, but I guess it all depends upon whether you need to use any of these. _________________ Garmin Nuvi 2599

I had a warning about this a few days ago but did nothing about until I saw this thread. I was able to uncheck the box on Friday, I think it looked greyed out but it worked anyway. _________________ Mike

I am so incontinent at Facebook that I have managed to create myself two accounts thereon (having lots of different email addresses, I can never remember which I used for signing up to it). Fortunately I've just had a friend request for the other account so I've been able to log in and clear the apps thing on that one too. PS I always decline friend requests unless I know the person - can't understand how people can accept friends willynilly - one grandson has 749 friends - that's more people than I've met in my entire life! _________________ Dennis
