I can't see the Garmin Nulink 1695 on your compatibility charts?
Is it compatible? _________________ David

To be blunt, you've got the device, we haven't.... so can you tell us?
The manufacturers bring out so many new models that it is impossible for PGPSW to go out and buy every one and check it individually, so it is up to the owners to check it out and report back.
But it's easy to use a few basic clues to get a pretty good idea....
If you can load user-POIs to the device, then you can load the camera database.
I found your owners' manual on-line and on page 66-67 it says you CAN add user-POIs and that you use the Garmin POILoader software to do so, as used on all other recent compatible Garmin models.
Setting warnings for those POIs is on page 55.
If you get it working, report back with any tips or oddities and they can then add the details to the compatibility table.

Thanks Andy_P.
I can imagine the huge amount of work that must be put into the speed camera database and the resultant compatibity problems with the large number of different sat navs. I believe the database you offer to be of a high standard and good value for money.
I am, as they say on the TV, at this very moment in time installing the database onto my device ready for use in the UK tomorrow and the USA next Wednesday.
I will report back hopefully tomorrow, that's if I can stay awake long enough to complete the task.
Happy New Year to you all _________________ David

Is the video on voice warning instructions, as stated in camera video, available yet? I can't find it.
Thanks |
