I have had a search about, but can't find the answer to this, so hopefully somebody can help.
My old trusty TT720 recently went bang, so I decided to buy one of the newer models and wanted full Europe mapping. I plumped for the XL2 with IQ Routes and after the initial worry over where my old menu items had gone, managed to use it and it seems like a decent device.
Anyway, I sync'd up with Home and it said that a newer map was available, so I downloaded it (perhaps foolishly without making a copy of the old map). I got a warning that the new map was bigger than my device could hold, so it gave me the option of installing various versions. I plumped for the western one, which has the most areas I'm likely to visit.
My query is this... I have bought a device with full Europe mapping, but now only have western Europe installed, yet home does not seem to give me the option to download the other sections of MY Europe map. Am I missing something or os there some way to download ALL sections of the Europe map, so I can choose which part I want installed at any one time ?
I've been a member here for yonks, but absent for a long while, so perhaps I'm not thinking logically due to rust in my cogs !! _________________ Tommo...

I suspect if you log into Home, Manage my Device, Device tab, maps, highlight the Europe_West map and there should be a link 'Change Zoned map'. Click on that and an additional zone (depending upon size) will be added to the device or replace the existing zone there.
Bottom line: You have all the zones----just on the computer, not the device. Becomes a pain if you're travelling from a country in one zone (like Italy in Europe_W) to another country in a different zone (like Germany in Europe_Central [I think]) _________________ David
