Hi there,
Messing around with the new features in Ver1.50 (and some existing ones I had not tried previously) and the different types of files you can download via the Sat Sync application. No problem with .png format icons. Just starting on the IOI option and not having success yet. Sat Sync reports it fails to transfer the file. Wondering if anyone else has had success converting Excel Vista to Text Tab delimited files and downloading to an Active 10.
Does anyone know how much text we can add in here?

Make sure the excel file is closed before you action the transfer.
Don't think there is a limit on the text. _________________ Satmap A10. Platform 09.02.21, Software version 1.50 Satsync 1.50

After just testing the .txt file import I've found that there is a bug.
Although column G for the image is optional it appears to fail the import if it is left blank. A work around is just to type anything in the column then save as a tab delimited file (close the excel file) then import it. After the import you will get a message saying that some pictures didn't import but the rest of the text will be okay.
I'll report it to satmap. _________________ Satmap A10. Platform 09.02.21, Software version 1.50 Satsync 1.50

Hi,
Have the import working correctly thanks to the Satmap techies. Sorry for taking so long to reply, but I had a great weekends walking. Even has a cloud inversion over here and walking in glorious sunshine above the clouds. Even managed a Glocken Spectre. The upshoot is the new Ver 1.5 sun filter works a treat.
The advice from Satmap is to contact them directly if you require this fix if importing OOIs only via tab text files.

If you connect your satmap today it will automatically upgrade with this fix. Word of warning though satsync seemed to get into a loop and keep telling me there was a new version of satsync available. In the end I clicked remind me later _________________ Satmap A10.
