Is there such a list available anywhere?
Could I suggest such a list would be useful as a "sticky".
I currently use a ONE New edition but with my quarterly map update just run out would like to replace it with a model with a larger XL size screen and lane guidance. Is three such a model still on sale that supports custom POI's which I need for the speed camera database and certain hobbies. |

Only the Go1000, Go1005 and the 'Start' models don't at the moment, although it has been promised that the 1000/1005 will by next year.
The new "Via" models (not yet released) may, or may not.
The Latest versions of the XL did not have 3rd party POI support originally, but TT have had a change of heart and produced new software that reinstates the functionality. See previous topics in this forum for more details. |

I am hoping that some retailers will have heavily discounted 950s. No sign yet... _________________ Tomtom Go 1005

I moved up from a Go500 to the XXL IQ Routes Europe in August - yes I still have custom POIs and the 'extra wide' screen.
In general I'm very pleased - but when I updated the app to 9.053 the autozoom at roundabouts etc stopped working so I restored back to 8.550
According to TomTom Customer Care Team, "the issue reported is a known issue, which is currently under investigation" - that was the case on 31 August but I'm still waiting, ever hopeful.
The knock-on effect though was that I can't download the latest version of the maps...
