Windows 7 and Ash10 Camera Manager

Just purchased new computer with windows 7. Ash10 camera manager will not log on. Any ideas on the latest info for getting it to work with windows 7. Sad

Have you tried right clicking the icon and "Run as Administrator"?

Are you getting any error messages ?

Thanks for that PaulB2005. Did that and it worked. That is the second time you have helped me out and I am very grateful.

You will find that even "Run As Adminstrator" will stop working at some point. At this point you will need to run IE with protect mode set to off. Camera Manager will then connect OK.

Once you have done this on the one connection you can set protect mode back to on until the next time it fails.
