You might need to explain in better detail what you have done and what's wrong but here goes....
Did you copy the files to your map folder? If not, copy them there first and try again. |

Quote: | Hi guys its meeeeeeeeeeeeeeee again ....i have tried to do this without pestering folk and have had my 910 checked out and new maps installed.
I have downloaded the camera files to a folder and unzipped them.
then installed them direct into the Tom Tom 910.......they do show as being in there..........but.........they do not come up on any demo route or i cant locate them as a POI category........4 of the POI categories are greyed out...to add , to delete, to edit, and to delete a POI category....
leaving the other 2 ....To Warn when near, and to add a category.......is this anything to do with the camera files not showing please.....pretty please........or am i being my usual numpty self again........J oe |

OK. Normally its the folder that is named after the maps you have.
i.e. Western Europe or North America or Uk and Ireland
Do you know what maps you have?
The PGPSW Speed Camera Database and/or POIs should be in that folder. |

Don't give up just yet, stick with it and let Paul guide you through.
It's not hard, but it's made a lot more awkward by us having to do it "by remote control" |

C'mon, Joe, let us help you. All these people just gagging to help! I was in Barnsley yesterday, but too late to ring you to offer help (200 miles to go home). I'll ring you tomorrow morning if you're not sorted by then. _________________ Dennis

UPDATE
Joe is now sorted out. He had the cameras in the root of the 910 so we've now got them into the map folder, downloaded Liz Whittaker ogg files and set them all up. It took quite a while, but we got there.
I still have to do a written repeat for him to follow what we did, but right now I have to paint something! _________________ Dennis
