Hi all
I’ve just brought the RAC 400 satnav. The problem I’ve got is that it doesn’t sync with my pc. I’m running windows 7 ultimate and is saying that the there isn’t any drivers for it. I’ve installed route 66 and windows mobile device centre with no luck.
Please can someone help me.
Cheers Stokie |

What happens if you run the Route 66 desktop application on the PC but running under XP Compatibility mode?? - This often fixes such issues.
Right click the desktop icon then sleect "Properties" click the Compatibility tab and use the dropdown box to select Windows XP (SP2) - Mike |

Try connecting the USB cable to a port on the rear of the PC as these are often more reliable than front mounted sockets, if you are using a rear socket try a different USB cable - Mike |
