On the Sygic site there is a "Grab your copy of Mobile Maps 10" link. So I did so but ended up with Mobile Maps 9 (after a 4 day wait for the download link e-mail). I've complained that I haven't got what I paid for but my e-mail has been ignored so far. |

I suffered the same fate and, like BaggieBoy, my emails have gone unanswered. This includes the email where I state that I am unable to activate the software! To make matters worse, the map data that you get is over a year old. On the plus side, they've just added a link for a free upgrade to v10 but I've no idea when that will be available. |

I have been in contact with Sygic. Click the button on the home page and register your email address on their website and you will get the free upgrade. I bought Mobile Maps 9 last year and am eligible for a free upgrade to new maps and software, which I think is a very good offer.
It should be out in the next couple of weeks. I am looking forward to seeing how well the traffic information works. _________________ Peter

I eventually did get a response, it seems MM10 isn't yet available for thr UK. The offer of a free upgrade was made. |

Annoying isn't it.
I've also posted on the Sygic facebook site, and emailed them.
They keep promising that it is ready but just not available.
Hah! I think that Sygic are
It is now OVER A MONTH since I paid for MM10 and got MM09. |

Has anyone seen any sign of it yet?
Still nothing from Sygic for me.
Their web site still says "Mobile Maps 10 is now available for all major platforms through our online shop."
It isn't. The download size is the same as the one I got.
Sygic are still ignoring us, they have a link on their MM10 page now offering a free upgrade if you put your email in. But it has been there 3 or 4 weeks. They've stopped responding helpfully on their facebook page, whereas their responsive replies were one of the things that attracted me initially.
I think it is time for PGPSW to run a story on the pathetic handling of this, and for a boycott on Sygic until it is sorted.
I have asked for my money back, as I bought from a link on sygic's main page offering me MM10, and got MM09. AND I don't think MM9 is a patch on the previous version of TomTom that I had on my hx4700. (Sorry Darren as I know you like it). _________________ Samsung Galaxy Note 9, Nexus 5, Galaxy tab S3. For Android only, and according to the one poster who has tried, he cannot activate it. |

I also after a reply to my query this weekend as to whether v10 will work on my Mio P350.
Currently downloading. I think I will install to a fresh card in case upgrading doesn't work _________________ Garmin DriveSmart 50 LMT-D

Well, it took 7 hours, but I have downloaded SMM10 for Windows Mobile, and installed it DESPITE the Sygic instructions. Contrary to their instructions, there is no uninstaller for windows mobile. in the end i had to uninstall the sygic assistant on my pc, delete the relevant folders for smm9 on my device, reinstall the new sygic assistant, re-copy across the maps and program. then surprisingly nothing happened until i disconnected my device, whereupon the installation started.
I'm now frustrated with the hopeless "upgrade".
Traffic does not work so far, though i can get a data connection.
We'll see how it works otherwise over the next few days. _________________ Samsung Galaxy Note 9, Nexus 5, Galaxy tab S3. Also use OSMAnd+, Sygic Mobile Maps, and OS maps app. Also "Great Britain Topo Maps" and "Old Maps". Don't use speed camera database as sticking to the limit is safer. |

I had installation problems too, but on Android. I ended up removing all traces of MM9 manually. MM10 works but as noted, no traffic. |

Tried it out this afternoon and was not impressed. On an HTC Hero the screen updates were extremely slow, 5-10 seconds I reckon, sometimes longer. In some cases I had to make a turn before I was even directed to. On the same phone CoPilot 8 works smoothly. |

Hmmmmm ........ would like to know if anybody else has installed and if they are getting the same problems. At the moment I am reasonably happy with MM9 and I only want to upgrade to MM10 if it is going to be the same or better _________________ Peter
