5. another BP station in Wandsworth, that WAS a petrol station about two years ago, but I remember it being bulldozed to make way for a block of new flats. (it was on my route from work to my mother's house so I remember it well). | Not surprising that they are not getting card information updates from people who have bought fuel from there then |

I've just done a search with my 550 & come up with a whole raft of places charging £0.98 - £1.05 ltre for diesel - I wish, according to petrolprices.com the cheapest within 20 miles is 1.099 running up to 1.15 - TomTom you're havin a laugh |

Do please send them your findings. It will all help!
If you don't know how to contact them by email, there are some instructions their website HERE (they don't seem to want to make it TOO easy! ) |

Update from TT:
Quote: | Thank you for your patience. My 2nd Line team have emailed the supplier of our fuel price data with the information that you have given us, and once we have a response from them, I will get in contact with you again. Once again many thanks for those very comprehensive notes that you gave us, and I will certainly look at giving you some extra months of LIVE Services as compensation and as a thank-you for taking the time to write them out once this case is over. |
Quite good, I thought. |

Ahhh, that was for my lovely presentation, not as compensation for the bad data! |

If and when you get the extra months added to your Live Services, this will not show up on your device and will be added only when you stop subscribing. At least, that is what TT told me when they added 14 days as compensation. |

Andy, FYI I passed the same petrol station as I gave in my example. Tomtom says it is 1.02 a litre for Diesel there, it is STILL 1.109 (1.11) a litre. This has been around 2 weeks now that this vastly incorrect price is being given out!

Maybe TT could link up with petrolprices.com which seem accurate when postcodes are entered.
