hi i have changed from many years from tomtom to garmin,i now have a nuvi 765t that i want the latest cameras and voices [not them anoying bongs!]
i have downloaded the andy speed zone voice ,,now before i purchase the cameras,,is this the correct way of installing ,,unzip camera data base to a folder/unzip correct voice pack to same folder/run poi loader/browse to the folder and load?
will i lose any other pois? waiting with my paypal details !

That procedure seems correct.
You will not loose any built in POIs but if you are using any other PGPSW POIs you must upload them all with the Camera Database at the same time.
There is a way to avoid this if you feel more adventurous, however it's probably easier to just maintain a folder on your hard drive with the Camera Database and POIs in it and then just overwrite with new ones before uploading. |
