hi,
my girlfriend has just got a samsung omnia , anyway on tomtom website it says that tomtom is now available for the omnia , the question is !! has anybody tried this because i've heard that it only works with additional software ( gpsgate) . |

I have aked this question to tomtom support, and their answer was: since Omnia is on the compatible devices list now, it is not requiring any additional soft to access internal gps.
This will mean that they supplied something new to the previous editions, I think. |

I have TT7 and omnia, it does not pick up internal gps, but if you have gpsgate it does, go to utube for a demo on setting it up.
tt7 is not as stable as tt6 |

Are you sure that you have the last, legal version?
If so, you can claim this as fault, as Omnia is on the supported devices list and is supporting internal GPS receiver. |
