H i
I have subscribed and downloaded the files to my recieved files.I cannot unzip them as I get a winzip registration box.What next please

You need to either pay for the WinZip software or uninstall it and use something like 7-Zip instead which is free.

Then click on the blue logo to the left of this page and you'll find model specific installation instructions.

You haven't said what operating system you're using but Windows, since, I think, XP, should handle "compressed folders" without additional software.

In XP, right-clicking on the zip files will give an "Extract all..." option in the context menu will use XP's own system. It sounds like WinZip has made itself the default program to use for zip files. (You will probably find other options in the menu that WinZip has added as well).

I'm unsure if Vista/7 has similar options. Confused

With Vista and 7, you treat the zip file as a folder, click it to show the contents, then you can copy/paste the contents without telling it to unzip.

I always forget about the built in ZIP functions as they don't offer some of the functions i use such a Password Protection etc... Embarassed
