Can you clarify what you mean? When I go to www.tomtom.com that page is fine. When I then log in, my name is displayed at the top of the page and the page is still fine. What do you mean by "greyed out"? Is the whole page greyed?
[Edit] I take it that you mean the My TomTom link at the top once you have logged in! Is it the link on the "Logged in" page that is greyed out or can you get to the My TomTom page, but no further? [/Edit] _________________ Jock

Hello Jock, When I go to the website the whole page is greyed out and I cannot log in or anything. This has only just happened as usually I don't have trouble. The only thing different is that I've downloaded Firefox as a browser but even if I revert back to IE it does the same. |

Jock I have just found the reason and it was me (as usual) I should have selected the country and then it opens up. Thanks for your concern |
