Slow down....
Do you really need to format it? You don't need to if all you want to do is reinstall Navcore.
Do you you have a previous backup of the system and maps to put back on it after a format? (If not, you'll have to buy a new map)
What happens when you connect the One to the PC? Can you still access the storage as a new disk drive in Windows? If so, what folders and files do you see?
What's the "eprom screen"? I've had plenty of crashes but never seen anything I'd immediately describe as that. |

It might suggest that the Unit cannot 'see' the SD Card, because the Card is not Booting, or has failed. _________________ Richard

Since it appears you do have a backup, use Explorer to copy the contents of the backup to the unit.
If that works, make another (and ALL future) backup using Explorer. Ensure hidden files/folders are showing. _________________ David |

But nikissfan says:

How did you do the format, nikkisfan? It should be formatted to "FAT32" and don't use any quick format options.
Some instructions from TT are HERE.
If you can open an Explorer window on the drive, can you right click on the window and make a new text document? (I'm just wondering if the "path not recognised" error you are getting is for the path you are fetching the files FROM, rather then the path you are sending them TO). |
