Have just carried out the audio socket mod to my One version 2 which works nicely but being able to use a blue-tooth earpiece for voice instruction would be better, does anyone know if this is possible ? Also does anyone know of a suitable method of waterproofing for motor bike use ? |

What's the audio socket mod? Don't remember seeing that...
There's no Bluetooth hardware fitted to the Ones at all, you'd need a Go for that.
I don't know if there are any bolt-on BT transmitters (like the little FM ones you can get), but I'd think they'd be as expensive as a new TomTom. |

The earlier One devices all had Bluetooth but it could only be used for a data connection from a mobile phone, no One device ever supported handsfree, the units don't have a microphone!

They are quite a bit cheaper than you would expect, see Here for one such transmitter - Mike |
