I had a look and GPS 3.02 seems to have disappeared from TomToms site.
I have uploaded my copy of the file to my webspace and you can get it here -> http://www.sutherlandweb.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/gpsupg302.exe
Please not only revert to this version if you have problems. Don't do it just coz I have problems _________________ Rgds,

In the above post I meant to say "Please note..." as opposed to "Please not..."
Hopefully you understood _________________ Rgds,

OK Slant, I'll only go for it if I have problems. Cheers.
So just to confirm, the latest version of TT is 3.03 and the lastest version of GPS is 3.04? On the TomTom site though the 3.03gps was only released in June and I can't find 3.04. I'm a tad confused (but thats not unusual!! ). |

I have loaded the TTN3.03 updates to my 2210 but still suffer the same BT freeze when POI enabled.
I am running checkpoint with the maps on SD card and have tried a hard reset before updating to latest versions.
I see HP have BT Driver 1.4.1.58 Nov 03 and BT Manager 1.0 Oct 03.
I purchased my IPAQ in May 04 should I load these updates? any other suggestions?
Thanks |

Ah right, so for me, it'd be 3.03T and 3.03GPS as I won't be using live update. cool. Lets hope it all works when it arrives! |

here is an update on my reversion to GPS 3.02:
It didn't solve the problem
I posted an update in another thread: click here to see it rather than reposting which annoys people
Hi Mike,
Just tidied the link up for you and removed the SID information.

To prove my 2210 3.03 BT lockup is caused by the SD card it has been suggested that I install a 16mb map in Main memory and see if that works.
Do I have to uninstall the maps on the SD card or any other actions?
P.S My SD card reads at 1mb sec according to Pocket Mechanic is that good?
Thanks |

What is this 'LiveUpdate' you refer to? _________________ Darren Griffin |

What is this 'LiveUpdate' you refer to? | For Live update read "It was late and I was tired" I meant live traffic updates or Tom Tom traffic or whatever else you feel like calling it!!!!!!! _________________ Rgds,

Ah OK! Thought I'd taken my eye off the ball and missed a live update facility! Just to clarify then for the benefit of anyone confused by the versioning:
Latest TomTom Application Version without Traffic is v3.03
Latest TomTom Application Version with Traffic is v3.04T
Latest TomTom GPS Driver is v3.03 regardless of whether you use Traffic or not _________________ Darren Griffin |
